OPERA AND ART SONG

Versatile and magnetic, Christina is currently performing primarily as a dramatic soprano. With Opera Naples, she has performed as Voice of the High Priestess (Aida) and Marcellina (Le Nozze di Figaro). She performed in the premiere performance of the Hong Kong Black Box Theatre as the Witch in Hansel and Gretel, reprising the role after a successful summer performance at the Norwegian National Opera. Other roles have included La Badessa (Suor Angelica), Naomi (Cendrillon), and Barbarina (Le Nozze di Figaro).

A graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, the University of Tennessee and the Juilliard School, Christina has received training from some of the industry's greatest musicians. She has studied with Linda Watson, Mark Schnaible, Gail Pearson, Adrian Thompson, Andrew Wentzel and Stephen Smith.

Christina was a multiyear bursary winning choral scholar with the BBC National Orchestra and Chorus of Wales, under the batons of Adrian Partington and Thomas Sondergard. With the BBC NCOW she has performed at the opening night of the 2015 Proms, mid season at the 2016 Proms, and throughout England and Wales.
